NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Yasi.
I've been in love with languages for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I used to fill notebooks with word lists straight out of the dictionary during my two-hour bus ride home from school (yes, I was that kid). That early obsession followed me all the way through college, where I majored in English Literature for my bachelor's degree and then went on to study IT Management for my master's. I've always been fascinated by the worlds of technology and language, and I kept looking for a way to bring the two together. That mix eventually led me to build a whole collection of online tools, courses, and systems, and thousands of students have used them to learn English in a more practical, real-world way.
My Life in a Nutshell
I love finding new and better ways to learn, and I'm constantly testing methods to figure out what actually works, something I bring into every one of my private classes, too. But if you can't find me working, you'll probably find me somewhere in the mountains instead of the city. I'm a sucker for anything outdoorsy: climbing, biking, hiking, bikepacking, backpacking, you name it. Honestly, my only real complaint in life is that there aren't more than 24 hours in a day, because I could easily spend all of them outside.
